Blake Morgan is a public school special educator by day, voracious reader by night, and lifelong romantic at heart—powered by caffeine, an overactive imagination, and a book stash that may be reaching “intervention required” levels. Armed with a bachelor’s degree, two master’s degrees, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, she has finally decided to channel all the stories she told herself to go to sleep into happily‑ever‑afters on the page.

Based in Kansas (soon-to-be Colorado), Blake is married to a U.S. Army veteran and is the proud (and perpetually busy) mom to two teenagers adopted from foster care. Her life is full—beautifully, chaotically full—but when she’s not buried in paperwork, collaborating on IEPs, or cheering on teachers, she can usually be found with a book in one hand, a laptop in the other, and at least one dog firmly stationed at her feet. She writes romance because she believes everyone deserves love, connection, and a really good ending.
